The Town of Ludlow is seeking sealed bids from responsible, responsive, and qualified contractors for the installation of a Supplemental Heating and Cooling System at the Ludlow Fire Department Mens and Womens Dorm/Bunk Rooms located at 574 Center Street, Ludlow, MA 01056. Bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the Town and clearly identified with the bidder's name, address, and the Bid Number. A site visit is scheduled for July 31, 2026, at 10:00 am at the Ludlow Safety Complex. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible, and eligible bidder based on the proposed contract price, with prevailing wages applying and required bonds and insurance.
