Description
Washington County Public Works Department is seeking proposals to hire a consultant for final design engineering services for the County Road 50 and Trunk Highway 61 Intersection Improvement Project. The project involves project coordination, final design engineering, stakeholder and public engagement, environmental documentation, utility coordination, permitting, and bidding and construction support. The consultant will manage project completion, maintain schedule and budget, and coordinate with various agencies including MnDOT and the City of Forest Lake. The design phase is locally funded, with future construction funded by federal, state, and local sources.
