The City of Edmond/Public Works Authority is soliciting bids for the installation of Christmas lights and displays in Downtown Edmond and Luminance. The contract is expected to start around August 24, 2026, and expire on June 30, 2027, with an option to renew annually for four additional years if services and prices remain acceptable. The work includes installation, maintenance, and removal of lights on various city-owned buildings, trees, and public areas. The contract is on an as-needed basis and does not obligate the City of Edmond to use the services.
