This Invitation to Bid is to solicit and receive formal offers to construct four flow monitoring stations along Pat’s Creek within the Town of Peace River, including setup and commissioning of SCADA and communication equipment. Two locations will monitor water level via video camera and radar level sensor, and two in-stream locations will perform flow and level monitoring. The project includes site preparation, provision of materials, equipment, installation, obtaining necessary permits, traffic and pedestrian accommodation, and site restoration.
