Description
The City of Denton intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract with Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. for the assessment and upgrade of their Integrated Communications Optical Network (ICON). The scope includes network evaluation, purchase and implementation of updated ICON hardware, a cybersecurity analysis, and associated training. This is not a Request for Proposals and no solicitation is available. Responses to the Notice of Intent will only be considered to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement and will not be treated as proposals, bids, or quotes.
