Description

The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide Energy & Sustainability Support Services. The contract includes a three-year base period with optional years 4 and 5. Proposals must be submitted in two separate parts: Technical Proposal and Price Proposal. A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held via Teams on August 3, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by August 10, 2026.
