Description

The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide Energy & Sustainability Support Services. The contract includes a three-year base period with optional years 4 and 5. Proposals must be submitted in two separate parts: Technical Proposal and Price Proposal. A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held via Teams on August 3, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by August 10, 2026. The contract requires compliance with applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and disadvantaged business enterprise participation.
