The University of Waterloo Sight Enhancement Equipment Pool and Assessment Centre (SEEPAC) is seeking bids for multifunction video-based closed-circuit television (CCTV) equipment designed specifically as assistive reading devices for persons with visual impairments. The equipment must be specially designed for this function to be eligible. This procurement is for the Ontario Ministry of Health's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) Sight Enhancement Equipment Pool (SEEPAC) to lease to eligible Ontario residents. This solicitation is one of three separate RFPs for Desktop, Multifunction, and Portable CCTVs, with this particular RFP focused on Multifunction CCTVs.
