Description
The University of Waterloo Sight Enhancement Equipment Pool and Assessment Centre (SEEPAC) is seeking bids for portable video-based closed-circuit television (CCTV) equipment designed specifically as an assistive reading device for persons with visual impairments. The equipment must be specially designed for this function to be eligible. This procurement is for portable CCTVs to be purchased for use in the Ontario Ministry of Health's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) Sight Enhancement Equipment Pool (SEEPAC) for lease to eligible Ontario residents. There are separate RFPs for desktop, multi-function, and portable CCTVs, with this RFP focused on portable devices.
