Description
The City of Saskatoon is soliciting proposals for contractor services related to the construction and installation of the Organics Processing Facility (OPF). The OPF will process up to 40,000 tonnes per year of source-separated organic material into high-quality Class A compost using Aerated Static Pile composting technology. The scope includes supply of labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and services for fabric-covered receiving building, landfill office foundation, leachate tank, drive-in basin, structural components, mechanical HVAC and hydronic systems, biofilter, electrical distribution, and relocation of the existing landfill office building. The facility supports the City's waste diversion and sustainability objectives.
