SaskEnergy Incorporated, a Crown corporation under the Government of Saskatchewan, is seeking a comprehensive cloud-based Web Application Firewall (WAF) solution and associated professional services to replace its current fragmented on-premises and cloud WAF platforms. - Government Buyer: - Government of Saskatchewan, SaskEnergy Incorporated, Purchasing Department - Scope of Procurement: - Cloud-based Web Application Firewall (WAF) solution to consolidate and replace existing WAF platforms - Professional services for planning, design, implementation, migration, testing, and operational transition - Managed services including 24/7/365 support and three months of transition support post-implementation - Products/Services Requested: - Enterprise-grade, scalable cloud WAF platform (1 unit) - Must provide DDoS protection (network layers 3, 4, and 7) - Must mitigate OWASP Top 10 threats, bots, IP reputation, and credential stuffing attacks - Integration with existing security monitoring tools - Support for phased migration of public-facing applications and APIs - Professional IT services for implementation, migration, and knowledge transfer - Ongoing managed support and incident response - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All data storage and connections must remain within Canada - Compliance with Canadian federal and provincial data privacy and regulatory requirements - Providers must be authorized resellers and have completed similar projects for at least three companies in the past five years - Master Services Agreement with option for up to four one-year renewals - Multiple Statements of Work may be issued under the agreement - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or brands are named; the RFP is open to all qualified providers of cloud-based WAF solutions
