This solicitation is for a design-build construction project involving a well field, centralized storage, a high service pump station, a 26-mile transmission main, an intermediate booster station, and two Point of Delivery sites. The project is located just east and north of Lexington, Texas. The RFP will be issued only to proponents who execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with EPCOR NR Holding Inc.
