Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks proposals for a utility billing software and Customer Information System (CIS) that fulfills all core functions as defined in the requirements and supports Augusta's current and future needs. The software must integrate utility services including customer account management, billing and collections, meter reading systems, asset and work order management, and customer payment and portal systems. The selected vendor will lead the implementation, including data conversion from the current software, in partnership with an Augusta-appointed project manager. The vendor may also enter into a professional services agreement for implementation, data conversion, training, and support.
