The City of Swainsboro is seeking a qualified aviation consulting firm to provide professional on-call engineering, architectural, and construction inspection/administration services for the East Georgia Regional Airport. Services include project planning, geotechnical/subsurface investigations, topographic surveying, environmental assessments, design, bidding, and construction inspection/management as part of the Airport Capital Improvement Plan. The contract will be a Master Agreement for five years with individual work authorizations/task orders issued per assignment.
