Description

The National Research Council Canada (NRC) requires support for the UNEP Life Cycle Initiative’s Biogenic Carbon Project – Phase II. The project aims to develop credible methodologies for accounting for biogenic carbon in life cycle assessments (LCAs) of bio-based products. The contractor will support NRC’s participation, facilitate coordination with UNEP, and contribute expertise in life cycle assessment of wood products relevant to Canada. Responsibilities include participating in project activities, providing monthly progress reports, reporting key findings for the Canadian wood construction sector, facilitating coordination between NRC, UNEP, and project participants, and supporting administrative and financial coordination.
