The Municipality of the District of Chester (MODC) is seeking proposals from professional hydrogeologists to implement and oversee the groundwater, surface water, and leachate monitoring program for the Kaizer Meadow Environmental Management Centre (KMEMC) for the 2026 through 2028 calendar years. The KMEMC facility includes a landfill, debris disposal area, septage disposal lagoons, leachate treatment facility, contaminated soil pad, and public drop-off area.
