Lac La Biche County invites qualified Design-Build Contractors to submit proposals for the design, permitting, supply, and construction of a new 30’ x 50’ cold storage building addition at the Lac La Biche Golf Course in Lac La Biche, Alberta. The building will be attached to the existing golf course maintenance building and used for storage of equipment, materials, and maintenance assets. The contractor will be responsible for all project phases including design, engineering, permitting, construction, and closeout. The contract duration is approximately one month starting around September 14, 2026. The procurement method is competitive open bidding under the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
