The Office of the Auditor General of Canada (OAG) requires a professional services contractor to support the phased implementation and adoption of the ServiceNow platform across the organization. The contractor will provide services including configuration, deployment, integration, optimization, and organizational adoption of approved ServiceNow capabilities. The initial focus is on the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) module, with potential for additional modules during the contract period. The contract duration is 24 months with an estimated value of CAD 600,000 for the initial period and CAD 1,500,000 including options.
