The Coastal Bend Council of Governments (CBCOG) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms and multidisciplinary consultant teams to provide on-call planning, resilience, community development, housing, economic development, infrastructure planning, and related professional services on an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) basis. The initial task order is anticipated to be the preparation of a Comprehensive Plan for the City of Refugio, Texas. Additional task orders may include work for other municipalities, counties, special districts, regional initiatives, and grant-funded projects as funding becomes available. CBCOG intends to select one or more firms through this solicitation.
