The U.S. Air Force at Travis Air Force Base is seeking a contractor to fully design, build, and install a new Ground Transportation Car Wash system to replace the existing facility at Building 129. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 60th Logistics Readiness Squadron (60 LRS/LGRD) and 60th Contracting Squadron (AMC) - Scope of Work: - Complete removal and decommissioning of the legacy car wash system - Design, engineering, furnishing, installation, and testing of a new commercial-grade, touchless car wash system - System must accommodate vehicles up to 14 feet high and 10 feet wide - Construction of all supporting infrastructure, including power and utility connections - Submission of a detailed design proposal with a PDF floor plan showing facility layout and utility connection points - Hands-on operational training for up to 10 Ground Transportation personnel after successful system testing - Products and Equipment Requested: - 60HP pump station with pressure relief valve - Chemical application arches (acid and alkaline) - High pressure arch module with spinner mounts - Free standing rinse arch, entrance traffic light, slip plates, guide rails, and control panels (NEMA 4X WCC, pneumatic ACP) - Water treatment systems: 300 GPM reclaim system, duplex automatic water softener, natural gas hot water heater, above ground oil water separator (OWS) - Air compressor for valve control, photo eye kits, tanks, and emergency stop station - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must be manufacturer-certified and have experience with similar installations - No refurbished equipment is allowed; all equipment must be new and meet OEM specifications - Firm fixed price contract with a 30-day completion period starting 60 days after award - 100% small business set-aside; evaluation based on price, technical approach, and past performance - No specific OEMs, vendors, or part numbers are mentioned in the solicitation or attachments

Description

The 60th Logistics Readiness Squadron has a requirement for a complete design-build replacement of the legacy car wash system within Facility 129 at Travis Air Force Base (AFB). The Contractor will decommission and remove the existing system, and then engineer, furnish, install, and test the new Ground Transportation Car Wash to meet industry and OEM specifications. This scope includes constructing all supporting infrastructure, such as necessary power and utility connections. In accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Prior to installation, the Contractor must submit a design proposal featuring a detailed PDF floor plan drawing that maps the facility layout and utility connection points. Following successful system testing, the Contractor will conduct hands-on operational training for Ground Transportation personnel.

Notice to Offeror(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds become available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse any offeror for any costs
