This opportunity is for firms to provide comprehensive Architect-Engineer (A/E) multidisciplinary planning and technical support services to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Huntsville Center, under the HAESI 2.0 program. - Scope of Work: - Full range of A/E services including planning, design, construction, renovation, modernization, alteration, commissioning, and demolition - Support for facility and infrastructure life-cycle requirements for the Department of Defense (DoD) and other federal agencies - Services cover secure and nonsecure sites in the United States, its territories, and select overseas locations (e.g., Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea) - Tasks include feasibility studies, geotechnical investigations, permitting, master planning, value engineering, engineering studies, estimating, surveying, site/field investigation, CADD/BIM preparation, design review, operability and maintenance review, and commissioning - Contract Structure: - Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) - Three-year base period with two two-year option periods (total seven years) - Estimated $400 million shared capacity - Task orders issued with specific periods of performance - Requirements: - Compliance with federal and military standards, quality control, safety, security, and reporting protocols - Capability statements sought from qualified firms, including small businesses - No specific OEMs, products, or part numbers are listed; this is a professional services contract - Reporting periods align with government fiscal years; annual manpower reports required - No named vendors; opportunity open to qualified A/E firms

Description

The primary purpose of this acquisition is to obtain comprehensive A/E multidisciplinary planning, and specialized technical support services. These services will support facility and infrastructure life-cycle requirements—including planning, design, construction, renovation, modernization, alteration, commissioning, and demolition. All activities support the Department of Defense (DoD) and other federal agency facilities located within the United States, its territories, and select overseas locations, ensuring mission-ready, sustainable, resilient, and compliant infrastructure.
