The U.S. Air Force Officer Training School (OTS) at Maxwell Air Force Base is seeking vendors to provide and install a turnkey modular classroom and restroom complex to support training operations. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Officer Training School (OTS), Maxwell AFB, Alabama - Products/Services Requested: - 25 temporary, climate-controlled modular classroom buildings (each for 20 occupants) - 1 Warhawk Operations Center modular building (minimum 1,200 sq. ft.) - ADA-compliant, climate-controlled modular restroom facilities to support up to 500 personnel - All facilities must meet Montgomery, AL building codes and ADA guidelines - Project includes delivery, installation, utility integration (HVAC, electrical), and warranty - Installation on an existing concrete pad, with full operational deployment required - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All modular units must be ADA-compliant and climate-controlled - Facilities must be fully installed, anchored, and connected to utilities - Turnkey solution including safety certification and warranty - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Quantities and facility specifications are clearly defined in the requirements

The 42d Contracting Squadron, Maxwell Air Force Base (AFB), AL, is seeking sources that can provide and install temporary classroom and restroom facilities for Officer Training School (OTS) at Maxwell AFB, AL. All feedback and information received may be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy.
