Description

This project involves partial interior renovations to Kunsela Hall at SUNY Polytechnic to update and expand instructional, laboratory, and support spaces for growing STEM programs. Renovations include medium intensity rehabs, low intensity updates, and fit-outs. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work is limited to localized upgrades such as HVAC controls, new LED lighting, reconfigured power layouts, bathroom upgrades, and exhaust fans. A fire sprinkler system will be extended to currently unsprinklered areas. The contract term is 465 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
