The Department of Veterans Affairs Long Beach Healthcare System is seeking a five-year contract for comprehensive Campus and Building Geographic Information System (GIS) services focused on space visualization, management, and wayfinding. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Long Beach VA Healthcare System (LBVAHCS), NCO 22 - Network Contracting - Primary OEM Highlight: - Esri (ArcGIS Indoors platform and related GIS solutions) - Products/Services Requested: - Implementation and customization of the ArcGIS Indoors platform, including licensing acquisition, data migration from legacy systems, LiDAR scanning, indoor mapping, and kiosk deployment - Creation and maintenance of an Indoors geodatabase, integration of life safety drawings and CAD files, and configuration of indoor network and wayfinding applications - Ongoing technical support, licensing maintenance, system optimization, and administration for four option years - Optional advanced services: ArcGIS Indoors Mobile (with and without indoor positioning), workspace reservation management, space planning, automated data ingest workflows, asset and utility mapping, integration with facility management systems, real-time data monitoring, dashboard development, GeoBIM integration, business analyst studies, and reality capture using Site Scan for ArcGIS - Notable Requirements: - Personnel must have Esri Partner Network certification and relevant GIS expertise - Deliverables must comply with Section 508 accessibility and VA data security standards - Emphasis on stakeholder approvals, data governance, and user training - Set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) - Quantities/Part Numbers: - No specific part numbers or quantities provided; services are described by scope and deliverables

The Long Beach Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (LBVAHCS) is seeking to purchase Campus and Building GIS for Space Visualization, Management, and Wayfinding Services.

This will be a five year firm fixed-priced contract consisiting of one base year and four one-year option periods.
