This opportunity is issued by the Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Drum, Department of the Army, for a laboratory instrument supporting advanced protein analysis. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Army - Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Drum - Products/Services Requested: - Laboratory instrument for real-time, multi-mode protein analysis - Must acquire data from multiple measurement modes: fluorescence, absorbance, light scattering, pH/conductivity - Must support automated titrations - Must allow control of temperature and mixing speed - Must include software for experiment setup and data collection - Must be reproducible for consistent results across users - Must have minimal running costs and not require proprietary consumables - Capable of experiments in phase separation, protein interactions, aggregation, thermal stability, ion binding, and pH stability - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Instrument must not require proprietary consumables - Emphasis on reproducibility and automation - No part numbers or purchase quantities specified

Description

We require an instrument that can acquire real-time data frommultiple modes of measurement simultaneously to yield insight about protein behavior. Theinstrument should be reproducible to facilitate different users acquiring the same results, have minimal running costs without the use of proprietary consumables, come withsoftware to setup experiments and collect data. Automated experiments should collectfluorescence, absorbance, light scattering, and pH/conductivity data. Automated titrationsare required. Temperature and mixing speed must be controllable. The instrument shouldperform experiments in phase separation, protein interactions, protein aggregation, thermalstability, ion binding, and pH stability Additional Links:Department of Defense Procurement ToolboxPIEE Solicitation Module Link for W911S226U3820Registration Instructions for the PIEE Solicitation ModuleWeb Based Training for the PIEE Solicitation Module
