The City University of New York (CUNY), on behalf of the Office of Library Services, is seeking to provide access to a comprehensive collection of scholarly eBooks through the Wiley Online Library platform, known as Wiley Online Books (Wiley OBooks). This procurement supports instruction, research, and academic program delivery across all CUNY campuses and user populations. The selected vendor must provide full access to the Wiley Online Books catalog, platform hosting, maintenance, updates, and integration with institutional discovery and access systems. This is a sole-source procurement determination as only John Wiley & Sons, Inc. can provide the complete Wiley eBook collection with integrated journal interoperability and platform functionality.
