This opportunity is for emergency roof repair at the maintenance area gym of Little River Canyon National Preserve, managed by the National Park Service. - Government Buyer: - National Park Service, Department of the Interior - Sub-agency: Little River Canyon National Preserve - Contracting Office: Contracting Operations East - Products/Services Requested: - Removal and disposal of existing ribbed metal roof panels, fasteners, trim, flashing, and ridge caps - Installation of approximately 600 sq ft of new ribbed, painted steel metal roof panels (minimum 26-gauge, factory-applied baked-on enamel coating, NPS-approved color) - Synthetic roofing underlayment (ASTM D226 or approved equivalent, UV-resistant, moisture barrier) - Corrosion-resistant fasteners with neoprene washers (color-matched) - Pre-finished steel trim and ridge cap (including ridge caps, rake trim, eave trim, flashing, closures, all seams sealed) - Safety and site protection services (scaffolding, ladders, aerial lifts, OSHA/NPS compliance, debris removal, site restoration) - Quantities: - Approximately 600 square feet of new metal roof panels - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All work must comply with OSHA and NPS safety policies - Roofing system must be watertight and extend facility life by 20-30 years - Contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation - Bidders must have a registered UEI number and provide references for relevant experience - Firm fixed price contract, set aside for SBA - No specific OEMs or part numbers are specified; materials must meet stated technical standards.

LIRI EMERGENCY ROOF REPAIRFY 26 Little River Canyon National Reserve Roof Replacement ¿ Maintenance Area GymThe National Park Service, Contracting Operations East, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement of Little River Canyon National Reserve.It is the intent of this service contract provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and incidentals necessary to remove and replace deteriorated ribbed metal roofing on the maintenance area gym building within the maintenance compound at Little River Canyon National Preserve.Please see the Statement of Work for more details.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
