Description
This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks professional development, training, and technical assistance services to enhance access, consultation, education, and evidence-based interventions for young children from birth through age five with developmental delays, disabilities, and/or learning needs. The initiative, Ohio PROMISE, supports professionals serving children with special needs and their families through training, resources, and consultation. It also connects families with state-funded financial assistance and promotes early identification of autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities. The project is managed by the Ohio Department of Youth Services and includes multiple coordinated components to strengthen early childhood care and education.
