The City of Salinas is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified consultants to provide professional services to assess existing systems, workflows, organizational needs, and future objectives. The goal is to recommend whether a standalone Permitting and Licensing System or an ERP solution best aligns with the City's operational and strategic goals. The consultant will evaluate current legacy systems, including Trakit by CentralSquare and ProjectDox by Avolve, and consider citywide functional areas such as Financial Management, Revenue Management, People Management, and more. The selected consultant will also support the development and administration of an RFP process, vendor evaluation, and selection recommendations, with optional implementation support as a Phase II service.
