Description
The City of Laredo is soliciting bids for the purchase of Cold Laid Asphalt for the Public Works department and various City Departments. The contract will be awarded by section to the lowest responsive responsible bidder(s). Bidders are encouraged to submit bids electronically or by hand delivery; mailed, telegraphic, email, or facsimile bids will not be considered. A local vendor preference ordinance provides a 5% preference for local vendors. Required attachments include a Conflict of Interest Form, Non-Collusive Affidavit, and Source of Material & Certified Laboratory Test Report.
