The retainer contract allows State Agencies/Departments to engage pre-qualified vendors efficiently for IT services, with terms, conditions, and maximum allowable rates established. This solicitation is for IT services only and does not include hardware or software purchases. Responses are due by September 2, 2026, with questions due by August 6, 2026.
