The Stoughton & District Ambulance Board, on behalf of the Town of Stoughton and the Rural Municipality of Tecumseh No. 65, invites qualified General Contractors to submit sealed tenders for renovations to the existing Emergency Response Centre located at 102 Main Street, Stoughton, Saskatchewan. The project involves creating new second-floor living quarters and improving facility functionality while maintaining emergency operations during construction. Work includes interior demolition, structural modifications, architectural renovations, mechanical and electrical upgrades, fire separations, interior finishes, testing, commissioning, and all associated tasks as per issued-for-construction drawings and specifications. The contract will be awarded under a CCDC 2 – Stipulated Price Contract, and a mandatory site meeting is required for eligibility to submit a tender.
