The City of Swift Current is seeking proposals for the supply and installation of a complete Aviation Fuel System at its airport. - Government Buyer: - City of Swift Current - Products and Equipment Requested: - Two 65,000-liter double wall aviation fuel tanks - Two 1 by 100 aviation hoses - Two 50 static grounding reels - Two 1 by 1 aviation nozzles - Two h.p. sub pumps (86-149) - Two smart starters - Two floating suction turbines - Card lock system with receipt printer - EVO tank monitoring system for av gas and Jet A - Two single product dispensers - Two shear valves (new style with rubber socks) - Two anti siphon valves - Two OPW flex hoses (2 by 24) - Any other necessary parts for a complete system - Services: - Supply and installation of all listed equipment and components - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Vendors must have a minimum of five years of relevant experience - A one-year guarantee on all materials and workmanship is required - References relevant to the scope of work must be provided - The City may split the award between two proponents - All required licenses and permits must be obtained by the vendor - Compliance with all applicable regulations is mandatory - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Evaluation criteria include price, service availability, experience, and references

Description

The City of Swift Current is requesting proposals for the supply and installation of an Aviation Fuel System at the City of Swift Current Airport. The work includes supplying and installing two 65,000 liter double wall tanks, aviation hoses, grounding reels, aviation nozzles, sub pumps, smart starters, floating suction turbines, a card lock system with receipt printer, EVO tank monitoring system, single product dispensers, shear valves, anti siphon valves, OPW flex hoses, and any other necessary parts. The successful vendor must acquire all required licenses and permits and provide a one-year guarantee on materials and workmanship. The City reserves the right to cancel or amend the RFP process and award the contract subject to City Council approval.
