Southwest Wisconsin Technical College is seeking qualified vendors to provide a wide range of printing services to support the College's operational, academic, marketing, and student communication needs. The selected vendor(s) must demonstrate the ability to deliver high-quality printed materials in a timely and cost-effective manner, meeting the service expectations and specifications outlined in the RFP. The contract term may be awarded for three years with options for additional one-year extensions up to a maximum of five years total. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams on July 29, 2026.
