This opportunity is for Flat Work Concrete Specialty Contractors to support Seminole County Public Schools' Facilities Services/Maintenance department: - Government Buyer: - Seminole County Public Schools, Facilities Services/Maintenance - Scope of Work: - Installation and removal of concrete sidewalks, slabs, footers, driveways, driveway aprons, and other flat work concrete structures - Services required at various school facilities throughout Seminole County - Contractors must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision - Contract Structure: - Indefinite quantity contract; work is performed on an as-needed basis - No guaranteed minimum or maximum expenditure - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are specified or required - Notable Requirements: - Contractors must be able to perform work at multiple locations across the county - Must respond to purchase orders as issued by the school district - Insurance coverage is required for all bidders

Description

This solicitation is for a qualified Flat Work Concrete Specialty Contractor to provide labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the installation of concrete sidewalks, slabs, footers, driveways, driveway aprons, and other flat work concrete installations at various facilities countywide. It is an indefinite quantity contract with no guaranteed volume of services. Purchase orders will be issued on an as-needed basis with no minimum or maximum dollar amount guaranteed. The contract is managed by Seminole County Public Schools' Facilities Services/Maintenance department.
