Description
The City of Thousand Oaks is seeking professional engineering, environmental planning, and public outreach services to develop a comprehensive set of new Transportation Impact Analysis (TIA) Guidelines. These guidelines will evaluate land development and transportation projects using Vehicle Miles Traveled (VMT) and Level of Service (LOS) metrics.
