Description
This project involves street and miscellaneous repair work for the Water Department in the South area, scheduled for 2026-2027. The work includes on-demand repair of existing portions of streets damaged by water line replacements, as well as possible sidewalk, curb and gutter, and concrete alley apron repairs. The contractor will be paid monthly based on the actual amount of work done and materials furnished. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 4, 2026, and bids are due by August 11, 2026.
