Description

This solicitation is for the installation of a pad for a future CenterPoint transformer at the SJRA Lake Houston Pump Station facility. The project includes furnishing the pad, installing removable protective barriers, conduits, and duct bank, removing an existing light pole and associated conduits, and installing caps for these conduits. The contractor will also coordinate with CenterPoint Energy for the transformer installation. The project aims to accommodate a voltage reduction at the site and involves construction activities starting in September 2026.
