The Board of Commissioners of St. Lucie County is seeking proposals to design, finance, construct, operate, and maintain nonaeronautical facilities, specifically a hotel and associated amenities, on an undeveloped 20+/- acre parcel at the entrance of Treasure Coast International Airport. The County desires a proposer with the financial and organizational capacity to implement the development and operation in a timely manner. The goal is to enhance non-aviation revenues and provide financial benefits to the County while supporting airport operations. A non-mandatory virtual pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 12, 2026.
