Events DC is seeking a qualified contractor to provide training and certification services on First Aid, CPR, and AED at the Convention Center or other venues managed by Events DC. The contract is a firm-fixed price agreement with a base term from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, and includes four one-year renewal options. This solicitation is designated for District of Columbia Department of Small and Local Business Development certified local, small, or disadvantaged business enterprises only. Proposals must be submitted electronically by August 4, 2026, with questions due by July 17, 2026.
