The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division is seeking small business suppliers for a custom-built test cabinet system with highly specific requirements. - Government Buyer: - Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division, Department of the Navy, NAVSEA - Products/Services Requested: - Multiple custom 10 Series Vertical Frames (36U and 15U) for equipment mounting - Riser bases, caster wheels (locking and non-locking), leveler kits, and riser pallets for cabinet mobility and stability - Mounting rails, fan panels (19U, 550 CFM, 115V), and flush mount doors (locking, solid, louvered) for equipment access and cooling - Formed steel filler panels (various U sizes), side panels, and full depth bottom panels for enclosure integrity - Custom door assemblies, including left/right hinged doors with clear Plexiglas windows and solid surface doors (some with part numbers: XFR-366324, DS-XSL3524, DS-XSR-3524) - Joining kits for frame-to-frame assembly - Quantities: - Typically 1 per item, with some items (casters, latches, joining kits) in multiples (up to 6) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All cabinets and components must meet detailed dimensional, color (Hi-Tech Gray or Black Textured Powder Coat), and mounting specifications - Custom fabrication required for several door and frame assemblies - Some items require customer installation - No specific OEMs or brands are mandated, but the technical requirements are highly detailed - No services or recurring support requested; this is a one-time hardware procurement.

ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for a competitive, firm fixed price, commercial, 100% small business set aside acquisition of a custom test cabinet in accordance with Salient Characteristics.

Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://sam.gov.

This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 12 as written. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N0016426Q0269 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto.

All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https://sam.gov/. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor https://sam.gov/ for any amendments, which may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
