Luke Weathers, Jr. VA Medical Center and associated clinics in Memphis, TN. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 9 (NCO 9) - Office: NCO 9 - Contact: Phon Phasavath - Scope of Services: - Removal and disposal of regular solid waste from the medical center and associated clinics - Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and containers - Services include both scheduled and unscheduled collections, container maintenance, and compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations - Reporting requirements are included - Contract Structure: - Base year of service with four one-year option periods (total potential duration: five years) - Monthly service quantities specified for each year (12 removals per year per line item) - Set-Aside: - Opportunity is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) - No specific OEMs, products, or equipment brands are named in the solicitation - Notable Requirements: - Contractor must supply and maintain all waste containers and vehicles - Compliance with all applicable regulations is mandatory

Description

This solicitation is for Solid Waste Removal Services for the Lt. Col. Luke Weathers, Jr. VA Medical Center in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.  The required services shall be provided in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

All references shall replace the “offer” with “quote” and and "offerer" with "quoter."
