Description

The Trinity River Authority of Texas is seeking bids from qualified contractors to perform grounds care and maintenance at the Central Regional Wastewater System General Office located at 5300 South Collins Street, Arlington, TX. The work includes landscaping for the exterior levee, perimeter easement, lift stations, ornamental beds, shrubbery at the front of the facility, and the administration and purchasing warehouse buildings as specified in the attached site plans. The contract term is for two years, from December 1, 2026, to November 30, 2028. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 29, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the project site.
