Procurement of Four Large Storage Sheds for Illinois Air National Guard

The Illinois Air National Guard's 217th Engineering Installation Squadron is seeking vendors to provide and install four large storage sheds at Building 46 in Springfield. - Government Buyer: - Illinois Air National Guard, 217th Engineering Installation Squadron - Products/Services Requested: - Four (4) storage sheds, each a single car A-frame garage with wood siding, sized between 12x24 and 12x32 feet (specified as 12x32 in the SOW) - Key construction materials and features: - Marine grade treated 4x6 foundation runners and 2x6 floor joists - Tongue and groove marine plywood flooring - 2x4 dimensional lumber stud walls - L.P. Smart Side shallow groove wood siding and trim - 36" wide pre-hung steel entry doors - 24x36 windows (or similar for light) - 9x7 overhead garage doors - 2x4 trusses with added gussets for strength - 7/16" wood sheeting on roof - Minimum 30-year asphalt shingles - Vented ridge caps for roof ventilation - Delivery and complete installation on a prepared lot - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All sheds must be delivered and installed by the specified completion deadline - Sheds must meet detailed material and construction specifications for durability and longevity - No specific OEMs or brands are mandated, allowing for a range of qualified manufacturers - Quantities: - All listed materials and features are required for each of the four sheds
