The Indian Health Service Nashville Area Office is seeking a contractor to provide Naloxone vending machines and associated services for Tribal entities. - Government Buyer: - Indian Health Service (IHS), Nashville Area Office - Products and Services Requested: - Approximately 10 Naloxone vending machines to be manufactured, delivered, installed, and initially stocked - Machines must provide free, anonymous access to overdose reversal medication - Vinyl wrapping design and application, coordinated with Tribal entities - Real-time data reporting system for inventory tracking and availability - Training for up to 10 supervisory personnel on machine operation and maintenance - Warranty and maintenance services, including repair and replacement with specified response times - Notable Requirements: - Machines must comply with all federal, state, and local codes - Ergonomic and accessible design required - Contractor responsible for software setup, calibration, and demonstration - Base year contract with four option years - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Tribal entities will own and operate the machines after initial setup, including ongoing restocking

Description

Establishment of a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) for the manufacturing of Naloxone Vending Machines that will be delivered to Tribal entities to be owned and operated by those Tribal entities. The Contractor will supply the equipment and be responsible for the delivery of and training on the product. The Indian Health Service Nashville Area (IHSNA) will pay for the manufacturing and vinyl wrapping, initial stocking, delivery, and training for all machines. A data reporting system shall be included with system that can provide real time reporting of inventory consumption and availability. Tribal entities shall be responsible for restocking.
