Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) is seeking to procure all labor, supervision, construction meetings, mobilization, demobilization, materials, tools, apparatus, equipment, and conveyances necessary to construct security gates, fencing, and concrete work at the DISTRICT'S York Operations Center (YOC) located at 907 West 25th Street, York, Nebraska. The project includes all other requirements as specified in the Contract Documents. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held to familiarize bidders with the project site and answer questions. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is required for bid submission.
