The San Bernardino Municipal Water Department is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide professional multi-disciplinary engineering services for the evaluation of the RIX Facility to produce a comprehensive Master Plan. This Master Plan will establish a technical and strategic framework for sustaining facility performance, addressing aging infrastructure, optimizing operations under changing flow and loading conditions, and ensuring continued compliance with evolving regulatory requirements. The contract period is 434 calendar days, and the estimated contract value is $600,000. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 13, 2026, and proposals are due by August 21, 2026.
