Description
The project involves furnishing and installing an emergency structural-steel shoring system beneath the existing Aviador Avenue Bridge to temporarily support the damaged reinforced-concrete box culvert. The work includes mobilization, temporary traffic control, chain link fence removal and installation, dewatering and coffer dams, sediment contamination assessment, contaminated material handling, canal sediment removal, removal of asphalt curb ramps, pavement marking removal and installation, concrete barrier, structural steel and emergency shoring, and site restoration. Bidders must submit proposals electronically via the City's PlanetBids portal and be included in the Bidder's List. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 27, 2026, at 9:30 AM.
