Description
The City of Pasadena, through Pasadena Water and Power (PWP), is soliciting proposals for design-build services for solar and energy storage installations at Category 1 City-owned properties. The project includes site evaluation, engineering, design, permitting, procurement, construction, interconnection, commissioning, stakeholder engagement, and ongoing operations and maintenance. The goal is to support Pasadena's commitment to sourcing 100% of its electricity from carbon-free resources by 2030, enhancing grid resilience and promoting local development. The project is scheduled for completion by June 2028.
