The County of Rockingham, a political subdivision of the State of Virginia, is requesting qualifications from contractors authorized to do business in Virginia to serve as the Design-Builder and grant administrator for the Climate Pollution Reduction Grant (CPRG) from the Department of Environmental Quality. The project work will be located at the County's Landfill at 813 Greendale Road, Harrisonburg, VA. The purpose of this RFQ is to identify qualified offerors capable of executing the design and construction of the project and grant administration, and to invite them to submit proposals in response to the County's Request for Proposals (RFP).
