The Municipality of the District of Chester (MODC) is soliciting proposals from professional hydrogeologists to implement and oversee the groundwater, surface water, and leachate monitoring program at the Kaizer Meadow Environmental Management Centre (KMEMC) for the years 2026 through 2028. The KMEMC facility includes a landfill, debris disposal area, septage lagoons, leachate treatment facility, contaminated soil pad, and public drop-off area.
